Chuck Crawford finds his energy and inspiration in exploring new possibilities as he supports the GOJO Purpose – Saving Lives and Making Life Better Through Well-Being Solutions. As Chief Innovations Officer at GOJO, he leads and collaborates with Research & Development of Formulations and Dispensing Systems, New Technologies Evaluation, Regulatory Affairs, Product Safety, Global Quality Assurance and Public Health Advancements. Throughout his career, Chuck has commercialized innovative skincare and surface disinfection products that make a difference for people and the environment.

Prior to leading innovation at GOJO, Chuck spent three years at the Henkel Corporation and eight years at Sun Products Corporation developing products for the laundry, home care, and personal care categories to serve their Consumer and Private Label businesses. He also previously worked with JohnsonDiversey (now Diversey) to create cleaning and sanitation solutions in Industrial, Institutional, and Food & Beverage settings.

Chuck holds a B.A. in Chemistry from the College of Wooster, a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from Indiana University, and concluded his academic career as an NIH Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at Harvard University.
