The GOJO Purpose is at the center of everything we do. That’s why we’ve researched for three generations to develop high-quality formulations, safe chemistry, and energy efficiency. We have a whole-systems approach to social, environmental, and economic sustainability, including certification as a WBE, product certifications, and a vertically integrated supply chain. With our strong foundation in place, we're advancing our Sustainable Value strategy and action plan.

We advance environmental sustainability at every step. We power our facilities and source materials responsibly and use conscientious formulations with a continued focus on recyclable design.

Secure Supply

We've vertically integrated our 5 U.S.-based manufacturing facilities. Significant investments in capital equipment provide supply assurance no matter the demand.

By 2025:

Elevate online ingredient disclosure, including function, definitions, EU allergens, fragrance components

By 2030:

Reduce chemicals of concern in GOJO products by 20%
Ensure at least 75% of global sales come from third-party certified products

By 2025:

Reduce Enterprise solid waste intensity by 20%

By 2030:

Reduce Enterprise solid waste intensity by 50%
Reduce virgin plastic intensity in primary packaging by 30%
Ensure 100% of primary packaging is recyclable, reusable, or industrially compostable

By 2025:

Diversity (gender and ethnicity) of GOJO hiring and promotion, for each site & level of leadership, is consistent with our community diversity and the customers we serve
Exceed 75% sentiment on GOJO engagement survey question: “opportunities for growth/advancement” and 85% on “recommend GOJO” and “feel I belong”

Cradle to Cradle Certified ® Gold

We’re proud to receive the Cradle to Cradle Certified® Product Standard, which recognizes products that are safe, circular, and responsibly made. Many of our formulations have achieved Gold status, and we received Platinum Certification in the Material Health category.
